Left brain or right brain?

This is the first test that I took.....

Left Brain Dominance: 8(8)
Right Brain Dominance: 11(11)

The second ones...

You are a middle brain dominant student!

You are open minded but not gullible about things or people. You may run into trouble making decisions sometimes, while your logical brain plays tug-of-war with your gut instinct. You enjoy the arts, but you could also do well in science and math. You appreciate the beauty of all things in life, and are well-rounded. Middle brain students would do well on The Apprentice, since they can have a strong mix of gut instinct and an appreciation for numbers. You would have a strong career in business, but you may not go that route; you may be more interested in studying the arts and sciences in college. You would be wise to read over the characteristics of left and right brain students and consider whether you fall into the traps of either type. For instance, extreme right brain dominant students can get too bogged down in thought, while extreme left brain students can be rigid in their views.

I think I'm more on RIGHT BRAIN!!

Characteristics of Right-Brain Students
You take notes but lose them. You may have a hard time keeping track of your research
You might have a hard time making up your mind
You are good with people
You don't fall for practical jokes as easily as some
You seem dreamy, but you're really deep in thought
People may have told you you're psychic
You like to write fiction, draw, or play music
You might be athletic
You like mystery stories
You take time to ponder and you think there are two sides to every story
You may lose track of time
You are spontaneous
You’re fun and witty
You may find it hard to follow verbal directions
You are unpredictable
You get lost
You are emotional
You don't like reading directions
You may listen to music while studying
You read lying down
You may be interested in “the unexplained”
You are philosophical.

Choose to do personal essays
Watch your daydreaming—keep it under control
Let your imagination work for you in the arts
Let your intuition work for you in social situations
Let your deep thinking work for you during essay tests—but don’t ponder too long
Be creative with essays. You can use colorful language well
Use images and charts when you study
Write down directions
Try to be more organized!
Don’t be overly suspicious of others
Make outlines to organize your thoughts.
Choose fiction in reading assignments
Try to avoid teachers who lecture a lot; choose teachers who use activities
You tell stories well, so write some!
Put information into categories for better understanding
Avoid getting bogged down by thinking of all possibilities when answering questions
Finish things! You have so much talent, but you don’t always complete things.

You have great instincts and survival skills. If you study hard, you might be a finalist on Survivor one day!

You responded as a right brained person to 10 questions, and you responded as a left brained person to 8questions.

Type of Cognitive Processing

Brief Description
Holisitc Processing information from whole to part; sees the big picture first, not the details.
Random Processing information with out priority, jumps form one task to another.
Concrete Processes things that can be seen , or touched - real objects.
Intuitive Processes information based on whether or not it feels right know answer but not sure how it was derived.
Nonverbal Processes thought as illustrations.
Fantasy-Oriented Processes information with creativity; less focus on rules and regulations

Biology Experiment

ahhh! What's this?

We were divided into few groups for this biology experiment. This is a good opportunity for us to catch some insects. eheh...by the way, we are allowed to take some of our seniors' collection. I heard that there's a place at Batu Caves that sells insects collection. Eventually, we decided to enter our school garden and made some efforts in catching little insects. Butterfly, you are too beautiful to be captured. Okay, I have to do label printing. See you next time.

Dancing Scientists

Physics Tango! I never thought physics thinggy can be done in this way. The interplay of Art and Science. However, it's subtle and I don't really understand the concept behind this. I haven't reached this level of science yet.

Preparing for the run!

SAT, SUN and MON!! I have 3 days of holidays. Pn. Tan has just finished few chapters of Organic Chemistry and have a lot of conditions and reagents need to be memorised. . . . . .

I need to take few DEEP BREATHS!!

**Just 3-5 breaths by allowing Xtra O2 into ur brain and lower lungs will make u better able to FOCUS!

**Many running experts believe that tempo runs are the single most important workout u can do to improve ur speed for any race distance cuz because it trains ur body to sustain speed over distance.

I searched on the internet about the tempo runs see how it works?

Hehe I put some infos here for reference

How? By increasing your lactate threshold (LT), or the point at which the body fatigues at a certain pace. During tempo runs, lactate and hydrogen ions--by-products of metabolism--are released into the muscles, says 2:46 marathoner Carwyn Sharp, Ph.D., an exercise scientist who works with NASA. The ions make the muscles acidic, eventually leading to fatigue. The better trained you become, the higher you push your "threshold," meaning your muscles become better at using these byproducts. The result is less-acidic muscles (that is, muscles that haven't reached their new "threshold"), so they keep on contracting, letting you run farther and faster.

I want to speed up more!!! more stamina plsssss~Eat well, get beauty sleep and exercise. Exercise will make you remember much more better. = -)

8 days more to school road race!! *.*
