My updated life

I need to keep myself from falling into the depression pit. I'm not gonna update everything here cuz there's too many things to talk about...so here's just a short update. ;p

Somewhere along the way, I lost myself again. I do not know when and where I started changing...prosperous social life? NO. No outing with friends and no chatting online so nothing much to talk about that. Is this a period of anti-social-ness? May be I was just dealing with the stress of coming off exams. I'm in red so I'll drive men crazy lol. Women in red drive men crazy. Men find women in red more sexually attractive, say US psychologists, confirming it really is the colour of romance. To anyone who in exactly the same situation as me please scream as loud as you can from the rooftops to release your stress. *lol*do you dare to do it? I was trying to get through my problems. Sorry if I have ignored you. We have to concentrate on our studies and study hard hoping that we will get good marks & finally an admission in uni then get a good life...

My advice: Know yourself and know what you have to do to deal with your problems.

I still haven't got the chance to try out knitting or crocheting character dolls or cute animals. I deleted a to-do list template in my blog last year but I'll put it back right there> so that I can work it out efficiently. Muahahaaa

Hmmmm...a long time has passed since my last post. A lot of things happened during that time.

Rat. I dissected a rat. Digestive system shown and everything else taken out. Then respiratory system also was taken out.

Fish. Now, I'm going to talk about fish. Ahhhhhh too many fish in the tank its over crowded and yet big bro brought a fish bowl. Aiya no use cuz its still crowded with fish. You know they breed easily.

Anyway, the fish bowl has clear sides to view fish. Those fish look cool :P

MUET speaking

*sigh* sick and nervous...my pronunciation of words suck! Today was the MUET speaking test. I knew I did not do well in the test -_-".Well what can I do? I tried so hard to speak words out. I'm so frustrated with the lack of ideas. Of course curse words were in no way, shape, or form allowed out of our mouths and nobody would say it out!!! I was so very happy that I have found this wonderful group of very supportive people. DRic, HGuang, and KOnn, I just love to talk with them and they are nice people. (:

the tissues were damaged they were exposed to the air. Collagen fibres (in the connective tissue) are exposed and platelets stick to them and release a substance that makes them sticky, the platelets clump together to form a plug – this forms an initial barrier. Calcium is needed for this process.

Aspirin reduces the 'stickiness' of platelets and helps to prevent blood clots forming by . A blood clot may form in an artery (blood vessel) if a lot of platelets stick onto some atheroma. A clot in an artery may stop blood flowing to the tissues 'downstream'. If a blood clot forms in an artery in the heart or brain, it may cause a heart attack or stroke. OMG!

Back from trip

  Hello there, its been very hot the last few days. Today also being intensely hot, and the sun shining in its strength. Drink more H20 ya?

Well, last 2 weeks the day after good friday, I got up early to pack all my stuff for Malacca trip organised by school clubs. Then went to school before 7 a.m to meet up with friends and assembled there before get on the bus. Had a lil fun at Malacca and came back on Sunday. However, I missed the Resurrection sunday morning worship service. Sorry mates can't help out in the performance (>_<").

When talking about Malacca, yeah family and I went to there before not long ago (2 years ago). It was just a small state and today the place have nothing much changed. What's best about Malacca? There are many historical sites to visit that give you a glimpse of Malacca's glorious past hahaha.

Last but not least, the fusion of food available is simply mouth-watering. I always wonder how it looks like and how it tastes and finally I got a chance to try the "chicken rice" ball NOT the chicken ball la. Thanks to CS who brought me to the famous place to eat the Nyonya laksa mee...mmmmmmm delicious Malaccan food. People lined up for hours to get the food. HAHA I was joking. It only took us about 15 -20min to order the food. What's more, it worths every penny; much cheaper compared to PJ. Ohhh O, sorry I have to leave and will continue the post next time. I have to +oil and finish up my homework ahhhhhhh. No time to waste already.  The days are getting nearer... ...MUET is on Saturday!!!! God bless you all :)

A Great Week

Yeah, Angeline is back to update her blog! I haven’t been sleeping well lately. No! It's not because I drink alcohol, sweet dreams tea or coffee. Hmmm...it could have to do with something I have done before I sleep.

...everybody LISTEN UP!! Talking about experimenting, it is the most interactive and realistic training experience possible. Well, on the April Fool Day, my whole group had a small fire experience.This happened all of a sudden. I don't know how suddenly the fire starts. You could just die laughing at us if u watched how we responded at that time. Almost everyone got up on their feet and stepped back further because afraid of gas explosions. To extinguish an open fire in the laboratory, you have to discharge the fire extinguishers in the lab right? Miki, our "firewomen" put out the fire. Don't worry. No gas explosions and nobody was hurt. Just the smell from the fire extinguisher was just a slight inconvenience and the CO2 gas in the powdery form all left on the table after the fire was put off. We called Miki a heroin. Chem teacher said that it was caused by a leak in an rubber hose which is connected to a bunsen burner. Uhh, my whole group member can't continue our experiment because of the mess on the table.The apparatus and materials all covered by the powder and my practical book also was one of the victim and we have to clean up the mess. A million thanks to all that helped. After school, the last house practice before sukan tara.The day went off like that...

Thursday, Bio teacher divided us into groups and assigned us to do group presentation about the functions of the liver.

Today (Friday), I was told to read on the structure of human kidney. As usual, friday activity was held. Not many people attend the activity this week most probably because the CHS Idol audition was scheduled at the same day. There was an atmosphere of excitement. You can listen to groups of people singing at staircase and corners if you were there. S&M Meeting also has been cancelled. I felt so down because I stayed longer in school for nothing. Luckily,friends were still there in their class so I spent my time there listening to their singing and talked to them for a while.When I reached home, the door was locked and no key to open the door! I was maddened so hardly. I had waited at outside for X hours until the rain poured down. Then bro came back with the eager movement...- . -"

Flat Tummy in Minutes a Day? Who wouldn't want that? Fat comes off by eating in a way that causes the body to go into its "savings account" of fat and start using it up for energy. It comes off by burning calories through A LOT of exercises. OMG! Angeline's face is too chubby due to emotional eating then blood sugar imbalance. Glucose is then converted to triglyceride. As a result, she gained too much fat in her body and having some symptoms of hypothyroidism include fatigue, swelling of the face or around the eyes,poor memory, slow speech and hoarse. (>_<")Do you know that large quantities of saturated fats in the diet cause liver to ++ the rate at which it synthesises cholesterol?? So BAD oh so don't get lazy and start to ++ your metabolic rate by building muscle??lol. Aiya, do whatever exercise you want as long as it keeps you healthy and happy. Well, let's make exercise a life-long habit. I have classes tomorrow that I need to be up early again.*.*

Diaster relationship

I feel BAD! Why do I feel bad?
My lifestyles today are just different than before. I am really struggling with things right now. I may not understand but in the end his great plan for me will be revealed. In my own devotional life, I have spent less time with God these days and so, though I think it’s fine if folks begin growing in their faith by spending short amounts of time in communication with the Lord Jesus each day but I’m sensing a need to go longer and deeper. I was getting far away from Him. We live in such a noisy, distracting world. The soul tends to get neglected first I bragged about achievements.I want to master my studies.When things seem get better I forget to stay in touch and this is not pleasing to God. Talking about my life...did I live my life well and pleased Him?
Conscience- which is the inner sense of right and wrong, brings guilt to me.Where is the intimate relationship between me and Him? But just by admitting there is right and wrong tells more of what the Bible teaches about the fact that all people sin. I want I to manage my time wisely and try to make a right balance in my life. I want to rekindle my relationship with Him. Help me O Lord. "Actions speak louder than words.
so where do you run for comfort when things go wrong? What do you complain about most? What Makes you happiest? How do you explain yourself to other people? What makes you angry with God? What do you want more than anything? What do you sacrifice for? What comfort do you treasure the most? If you could change one thing what would that be?

WITHOUT CHRIST I AM NOTHING. He has done more for me than anyone could imagine, continuously watching over me. Feel bad because God the Holy Spirit is at work.
Pray with me and for me that I will continue to feel God’s presence during this time and that I will come out on the other side stronger and closer to God. Thanks.

Malaysia First Earth Hour

Earth Hour defeats itself. Did you turn the lights off for an hour on Saturday? Apparently everyone turned on and used all their appliances and lights in the hour before Earth Hour to prepare for the voluntary blackout. So, it had no substantial effect, unless you count increasing global awareness of…earth problems ><

On this day, daddy and me went Sunway Pyramid to buy something. This will be the first time Malaysia officially takes part in Earth Hour. I was at the mall half an hour earlier than the countdown time-21 00...can't stay there and watch the show. DISAPPOINTED but I think I saw someone familiar at the mall hmmm...

Ermm so much thing to say where should I start my talk? Didn't post anything up since beginning of Feb. Yahhhh, >1 month already. I was too busy making survival plans and struggling with T _ _ E. Fill in the blanks yourself. Level of difficulty: *

The Stress, the Pressure the Anxiety it's Exam Time! Due to exams, I have to keep myself away from all the distractions and concentrate on my study. I <3>

It's holiday right now so I don't have to crawl up from my bed in the early morning. The days are getting nearer and for around 240 days to STPM exam. Oh mama, I have to stop fooling around! Things has changed and I don't want to be the same. AIya, don't want to discuss the matter at this moment cuz it will turn me into a VV emotional type of person. May be someday but not today.

Hmm I started to feel a little bit dizzy,sleepy. In fact, staying up late is NOT good for health. I always say that. So I should say goodbye to you and returning to my comfy bed!

We were divided into few groups for this biology experiment. This is a good opportunity for us to catch some insects. eheh...by the way, we are allowed to take some of our seniors' collection. I heard that there's a place at Batu Caves that sells insects collection. Eventually, we decided to enter our school garden and made some efforts in catching little insects.
